Europeana 1914-1918, the pan-European engagement project concerning WW1, has been running for 5 years now. Over that period you have helped to make it a great success. The Europeana 1914-1918 website (www.europeana1914-1918.eu) has become one of the world’s biggest resources of WW1-related material. It gives access to more 600,000 objects from 24 countries in 17 languages. It features a unique combination of personal stories, public documents and audio-visual material. There is also a growing community with over 5,200 Twitter followers and more 23,000 Facebook followers. Last year there were almost a million visitors to the website.

We would like to know more about what Europeana 1914-1918 means to you, as a contributor or as a visitor to our website or our events or simply as a fan and follower of our social media.
